Description
I am glad I captured this image on a trip to Notre Dame years before the awful fire that destroyed much of this venerated historic building. I watched the television coverage of that terrible event with much sadness for Paris, as did much of the world. I do not know if this particular window was ruined. I know as much as can be salvaged is being handled with great care, and I look forward with hope to seeing all the many renovations in the future, as well as the wonderful features that have recently been uncovered.
