I painted this from a photograph I took on a marvelous family vacation. During the trip we toured and hiked the Acadia National Park, climbed tall cliffs at seaside, ate lots of lobster, went whale-watching, stayed at a log cabin by the water and experienced simply awesome sunsets. Hope you enjoy the view! I sold the original painting in 2016 but many customized print products for your home or office are still available.
Hi there! Hope you are enjoying visiting my galleries and thanks for stopping by! Here's some information about me and my journey as an artist. My fascination with creating art began as a child at the age of five, drawing with oil pastels and painting with acrylics. I still recall the great fun I had playing with paint at the easel in kindergarten, just wanting that opportunity to go on forever. Thankfully I have never lost the thrill of having a paint brush in my hand. As a young person, I took art classes throughout elementary and high school, and then continued with classes in drawing, painting and photography at the college level (Boston University, Arcadia University and LaSalle University).
