This image features the nighttime magic of Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia during the holiday season. Bare winter trees are made festive with balls constructed of white lights strung high and trees and the gazebo are encircled in hundreds of tiny white lights. It's an enchanting scene for the thousands of passersby who get to stroll through the charming atmosphere that has been created. This image, like several in my Holiday Collection, are great for ordering unique customizable greeting cards as well as fun festive home decorative items (pillows, shower curtains, towels, etc.)

My fascination with creating art began as a child at the age of five, drawing with oil pastels and painting with acrylics. I still recall the great fun I had playing with paint at the easel in kindergarten, just wanting that opportunity to go on forever. Thankfully I have never lost the thrill of having a paint brush in my hand. As a young person, I took art classes throughout elementary and high school, and then continued with classes in drawing, painting and photography at the college level (Boston University, Arcadia University and LaSalle University).
